A typical low budget chimney flashing job on a flat tile roof. This chimney was re flashed, counter flashing only, when a house inspector noticed a loose piece of flashing. As the house was being sold the owner sought the cheapest solution. The chimney and roof show signs of leaking in the area for years as there are several applications of plastic roof cement smeared on the tiles.
